sunglasses the reference usually have 3 set of numbers. One is for the model, the next one for the Color and the last one the size. Please ASK if you are not sure.
- We usually ship from our warehouse but we sell through several websites so every order is enter in our system and it is processed in the same order.
- Handling time is 2 working days NO EXCEPCTIONS .
- Shipping is Free but it is standard Service. Transit time is usually between 2-7 working days.
- We use USPS to ship all our items. Most of the times they do NOT scan the boxes until the item is delivered. If you receive a tracking number please wait 48 hours to show any scan in their website.
- We can ship worldwide but you have to contact first in order to get the shipping cost. All duties and customs fee are Buyer Responsibility.
Purchases may be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in their original, brand new condition (unworn, unmodified, and unsized) with all plastic protectors, tags, and original packaging intact for a refund or exchange. Return Fee
is 30% of the value of the item.
Customer is responsible for the return postage. We recommend sending your return via a traceable service. If a package is returned to us due to your refusal to accept it, the return postage will be
deducted from your refund. If the refusal is an international package, original postage, return postage, as well as any customs/duty related expenses will be deducted from your refund.
To return your purchase, please email us for a
number. Returns not accompanied by a return number will be rejected.
We inspect every item upon return and if the item shows signs of wear, at our sole discretion, we reserve the right of refusing the return, at which point the
watch will be returned to you.
